Differences among Vicsign HL,HW,HWQ,HS,HSQ vinyl cutter

Vicsign has a wide product line of vinyl cutter, till now, we have HL, HW, HWQ,HS,HSQ series.Many customers asked us the differences among them, today we are going to explain the differences for them.

HL series vinyl cutter:

Economic type, using stepper motor, can only cut characters or words, and can only do the manual contour cutting.

Available cutting width: 335mm, 635mm, 1080mm,1205mm,1600mm.

Supported software:artcut, supported system: Vista,Win xp,Win7,Win8, supported interface: SD, USB2.0,RS232

HW series vinyl cutter:

Best seller, using stepper motor, can cut both characters and image( contour cutting) manually. Available cutting width: 335mm, 635mm, 1080mm,1205mm,1600mm

Supported software: Flexi10.5, supported system: Vista,Win xp,Win7,Win8, supported interface: RS232, USB2.0, SD card

HWQ series vinyl cutter:

Using stepper motor, can cut characters and do image contour cutting automatically.

Available cutting width:335mm,635mm,1080mm,1205mm,1600mm

Supported software: Flexi10.5.1, supported system: Vista,Win xp,Win7,Win8, supported interface: RS232, USB2.0, SD card, U disk

HS series vinyl cutter:

2015 new product, using servo motor, can cut characters and image contour cutting fast at speed 1200mm/s.

Available cutting width:635mm,1080mm,1205mm,1600mm

Supported software: Flexi10.5, supported system: Vista,Win xp,Win7,Win8, supported interface: RS232, USB2.0, SD card, U disk

HSQ series vinyl cutter:

2015 new product, using servo motor, can cut characters and image contour cutting fast at speed 1200mm/s.

Available cutting width:635mm,1080mm,1205mm,1600mm

Based on above data, if you only cut words, you can choose HL series, if you need fast cutting, you can choose HSQ vinyl cutter. If you need high cutting accuracy, you can choose HW series vinyl cutter.
